Working within the borders of an established landscape garden in rural Surrey, the project entails the redevelopment of the greenbelt site. With an approach through a sheltered, grand oak lined avenue and arrival at a stunning south aspect over the Surrey Hills AONB, the site offers the opportunity to deliver a sequence of anticipation and revelation. The site design is informed by a number of factors, principally the retention of historic trees and maintained landscape screening to frame views over.
