Working with a national land agent, the team set out a scheme for 400 homes to promote a constrained agricultural site for allocation within the forthcoming local plan.

To bring a successful scheme forward, the masterplan design was informed by the local flood zones, primary and secondary road infrastructure, access to wider transport links via the train station and established landscape features. Through the design, we aimed to celebrate historic driving routes and create a development that naturally integrated with the existing villages through informed place making.
