ART & ARCHITECTURE
Practice Director, Roger Ashman was invited to sit on the jury panel for a new national art and architecture ideas competition recently featured in the Architects Journal entitled ‘The Reimagined Living & Working Space’.
The competition was the initiative of FAT, specialists in the recruitment of architecture and interior design professionals for acclaimed practices across the UK. Other jury panellists include Anna Liu of Tonkin Liu, Ross Hutchinson of Hutchinson & Partners, Marcos Rosello of All Design, Victoria Whenray of Conran & Partners and Jas Bhalla of Jas Bhalla Architects.
The Reimagined Living and Working Space competition provides the opportunity for architects at any phase of their career, from students to those with decades of experience in practice, to share their talents with the wider industry. Shortlisted proposals, as well as the top three winners, will be featured in a digital exhibition circulated and made available for viewing to a wide audience across the UK. The top 50 entries will be made available to purchase in print through Introducing Architecture for which the artists will receive a commission for each print sold.
This is an exciting opportunity for architects and designers to have their work recognised by those shaping architecture today. Winners will be announced by the 16th of April 2021.
